Die im Juni vergangenen Jahres gegründete OpenLuna Foundation möchte mit Open-Source-Mitteln in fünf bis sieben Jahren auf dem Mond eine kleine Siedlung errichten, in der sechs bis zehn Personen leben sollen. Die Siedlung soll unter dem Motto »Your Moon. Your mission. Get involved.« von jedermann genutzt werden können, der sich an ethische und kulturelle Richtlinien hält. Calling all zombies!! Tomorrow is the Vancouver (British Columbia, Canada) Zombie Walk (Saturday, August 15th). This year it is starting at a much more reasonable hour! Zombies will start gathering in front of the Art Gallery downtown at 2 pm and the walk starts at 3 pm. This year there will be pro’s doing Zombie make up for $20, and $10 of that will go to the Variety Club. Great idea! The weather channel says 22C with some cloud cover for Saturday. Some pretty sweet zombie walking weather! I included a couple of pictures from last years event below and on Monday I should have a fresh batch from this year! Braaaaaaaaaains!!! Manchester-based photographer Nick Drummond has snuck behind enemy lines to uncover the secret life of the AT-AT Walker from Star Wars – and it seems like we might have been giving them a bad wrap. I guess years of breeding have brought them down to a more manageable size, but I still wouldn’t trust them around your Empire Strikes Back Rebel Alliance action figures. Der Arbeitstag war etwas ruhiger als gestern. Hatten 8 Fahrten, nix besonderes, außer einmal ohne-Grund-die-Beine-weggeklappt-und-hingefallen. Für den 28. haben wir einen SanDienst bei irgendeinem WoW Event im Media Markt an der Borsigallee bekommen. Werd da auf jeden Fall nen Foto mitnehmen.
